Terms of service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Service description

Noctis Jets, operated by Noctis Aviation UG (haftungsbeschränkt), is a private jet charter brokerage. We arrange private charter flights by connecting clients with licensed, independent air carriers. We act solely as an intermediary.

2. Broker status

Noctis Jets does not own, operate, maintain, or control any aircraft. We do not employ flight crew. All flights arranged through Noctis Jets are operated by independent third-party air carriers holding valid Air Operator Certificates (AOC) issued by their respective national aviation authorities.

3. Quotes and pricing

All charter quotes provided by Noctis Jets are subject to aircraft and crew availability at the time of booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on aircraft type, routing, fuel costs, landing fees, handling charges, and other operational factors. A quote is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by both parties.

4. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and any required deposit payment. Specific terms regarding payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are outlined in the individual charter agreement provided for each booking.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary depending on the operator and the specific charter arrangement. Cancellation policies will be clearly stated in your individual charter agreement prior to booking confirmation. Noctis Jets will communicate all applicable terms transparently before any commitment is made.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate travel information, including passenger names, travel documents, and any special requirements. The client must ensure that all passengers hold valid identification and travel documents required for the journey. The client must comply with the rules and regulations of the operating carrier.

7. Liability

Noctis Jets' liability is limited to its role as a charter broker. The operating air carrier is solely responsible for the safe operation of the flight, including but not limited to aircraft maintenance, crew qualifications, regulatory compliance, and passenger safety. Noctis Jets shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or cancellation caused by the operating carrier, weather conditions, air traffic control, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

8. Insurance

All aircraft operators in the Noctis Jets network are required to maintain comprehensive aviation liability insurance in accordance with applicable regulations. Clients are advised to arrange their own personal travel insurance.

9. Force majeure

Noctis Jets shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or severe weather conditions.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Noctis Jets website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Noctis Aviation UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

12. Modifications

Noctis Jets reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
